Luo Cheng is the head of the Raging Blade Dojo.
Appearance[]
He is a somewhat lean man, with an expressionless face. On his face, were countless blade scars crisscrossing giving him a menacing aura. Strapped on his waist, a long blade-shaped object was wrapped up in black cloth.[10]

History[]
When he first arrived at Qingyang Town and planned to establish the Raging Blade Dojo, the Lei Family and Xie Family both tried to interfere. Hence he directly went to challenge Lei Bao. In the end, though he ate three of Lei Bao’s palm attacks, he left a blade wound on Lei Bao’s chest. His ferocity and willingness to risk his life caused the Lei and Xie Families to burst out in goosebumps. Thus they could only withdraw.[12]

Qingyang Town Hunt Arc[]
Luo Cheng is on good terms with Lin Zhentian and therefor greeted him at the Qingyang Town Hunt Event. He then notices Lin Dong and walks towards him. He tells Lin Zhentian that he is very fortunate. He ignored the Lei Family and Xie Family.[13] he heard about the events of the Fire Python Tiger. He wasn't pleased that Lei Bao called Wu Yun a liar.[14]
Steel Wood Manor Arc[]
After receiving a message from Lin Ken that the Lin family was under attack he immediately mobilised his troops. However, when getting to the Steel Wood Manor he realised that the battle was already over. After noticing that Lin Dong advanced to Heavenly Yuan Stage he rejoiced. He was happy that he made the right decision to ally with the Lin family.[15]
Lin Ken invited the Raging Blade Dojo members into the manor as a show of hospitality. Shortly after they left.[16]
