Spiritual Movement Chapter is a chapter on how to train Mental Energy. Only the first three parts were contained within this book. Evidently, this Spiritual Movement Chapter was used to develop Mental Energy. The instructions written on this manual however were very cryptic. Unlike Yuan Power, only people with affinity for Mental Energy can learn it.[1]
The most important steps in training Mental Energy was opening NiWan Palace. It was said that there are nine palaces in the head, corresponding to the nine heavens. The palace in the middle was termed as NiWan Palace.[2]
The Spiritual Movement Chapter did not impart the most important Congealing Symbol Art.[3]

Spirit is split into Ying and Yang, Spiritual Movement begins with Life. When closing your eyes, one could clearly see your surroundings. Your formless Mental Energy floating in the sky. With this you can move around and see your surroundings without moving your actual body. However, when Lin Dong used this method, Lin Zhentian was able to sense Lin Dong spying on him, but couldn't tell who.[4]
